Instead, eat dark green leafy vegetables, almonds, walnuts, salmon, sardines, chicken, pumpkin seeds, avocado and many other healthy foods. They are filling, full of protein and very healthy.
The next step is to start consuming foods grown and grown in your local area. You can do this by purchasing produce that has been grown in your local area.
